The hotel Best Western Elysees Paris Monceau is a charming place in Paris center with a warm and dainty atmosphere. It is situated on rue de Constantinople 18, 75008. The hotel impressed me with iron balconies and contemporary design and a very convenient location in a walking distance from Eifel Tower and the Champs Elysees.
Paris sights were the theme of my academic writing, so a convenient hotel location was an important factor which determined my choice. I had to visit them all and I needed a good base of operation, so 5 min distance from the metro suited me completely.
My room appeared to be clean and neat but very small . 
I could hardly open the doors in such a cooped room. But I liked a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Bathroom was not very spacious either .

It was not so convenient to pass half of a flight of stairs from lift to the room with the luggage.I preferred to buy drinks in a small supermarket across the road. It offered a wider choice of beverages than a hotel bar. It is really ridiculous to call this place a “bar” because it appeared to be just 2 glass shelves at the reception.
Internet was free which made me very glad: I was able to send to my brother his essay writing which I accidently took away on the flash memory.
